Mr. Khunou is a Certified Professional Accountant (SA), Professional Tax Practitioner (SA) and a Professional Government Finance Officer (PGFO) registered with both the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) as well as Chartered Institute Of Government Finance, Audit and Risk Officers (CIGFARO)

Mr. Khunou has grasped knowledge and vast experience previously from both the private and public sector as Business Development Consultant with MDS Accountants & Auditors, Accountant Clerk at Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), State Accountant at Department of Local Government and Human Settlements, Finance Department Unit Manager, acting Chief financial Officer and substantive as head of Budget and Treasury Office at Local Municipality (KRLM).

Mr. Khunou Plays a supervisory role in a number of organizations and committees: as an Administrator at a Faith based organisation and Chairperson of the Municipal Bid Specification Committee as well as a member of the Mscoa Implementation Committee to name a few.

Mr. Khunou is dedicated, hardworking and committed to his work, to the extend of Providing support to external services both on preparation and audits of Annual Financial Statements. Mr. Khunou is proud to have been part of the team which produced unqualified Audit Opinion for 2 consecutive years (2015/16 and 2017/16 financial years.
